A Puzzling Performance

I love jigsaw puzzles. The last time I put one together was shortly before Rudy showed up. Within a day of his arrival, I knew I’d probably never get to do another jigsaw puzzle ever again.

Yesterday, I decided it wasn’t fair, so I bought myself the only 1000-piece puzzle at Target that didn’t have anything to do with Disney princesses, Legos, or Star Wars.

Yes, I want to do a puzzle, but I also wanted to give Rudy the opportunity to show me that he’s matured and that my mistrust of him is unfounded.

To be fair, he did lose interest and pretended to take a nap on the chair after he tried twice to eat the puzzle.
